Home Arrival Preparation
- In preparation for your arrival, we will return all outdoor furniture to its original location exactly as you left it. To ensure everything is ready for your return, we will also inspect and replace any burnt-out light bulbs, both interior and exterior, and activate your water heaters so you have hot water the moment you walk through the door. We are happy to handle any other special requests to ensure your homecoming is completely seamless.
Vendor Coordination
- While you are away, we coordinate any vendor or maintenance service needed at your home. We will give vendors access to your home and return when the work is complete, or we can stay for the duration of the service, then we lock and secure the home at our departure.
Referrals to Contractors
- While we handle your everyday handy man projects, we can also refer you to local, vetted, licensed, and insured professional contractors for small projects or specialized trade work.
